NHS Leicester City: £200,000 planned for NHS alcohol services
The Department of Health has awarded NHS Leicester City £200,000 as part of its Alcohol Improvement Programme to tackle problems with alcohol. The extra cash will provide training for staff including nurses, GPs, social workers, probation workers and community development workers.
